The first beer on the market with hops grown in AMIATA. LA CAPERCIA - Wet hop IPA - 5.6% vol G.P. 12.5 Our HOP ON TOP Beer is a Fresh Hop IPA and is a Beer Firm, Its birth was the result of a collaboration with the Brewery "IN BOCCA AL LUPPOLO", we have put our new harvest of August 2020. Its blond color is the result of skilful combinations of American hops in bloom of the Cascade, Nugget and Centennial varieties grown in the Arcidosso (GR) field at the end of summer 2021. The scents of freshly cut grass and the fresh “green” aromas characteristic of fresh hops are found in the beer, creating a sensorial continuity from the raw material to the finished product. The result is a well-balanced fresh and pleasantly bitter beer. On the nose the aroma is floral with evidence of notes of exotic fruits and mango. INGREDIENTS: water, barley malt, hops, yeast

On our olive groves. no pesticides or chemicals of any kind have ever been used, thus guaranteeing the total genuineness of each

of our olives. The harvest is carried out only with the help of all categorically electric facilitators.

The latest generation Frasntoio we rely on works in an inert environment under a controlled atmosphere, so as to obtain perfect products, without oxidation being able in any way to modify the processes of formation of aromas.

The product is immediately filtered and placed in tanks under nitrogen for optimal conservation at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees, to preserve the same flavors of a freshly extracted oil.
